Adansonia Management Services (Singapore) Private Limited (“AMSSING”) is a domestic Singapore company, established to provide corporate secretarial and administration services to Corporates, Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals. Through its Adansonia Group affiliates, AMSSING brings a wealth of African investment experience, having channeled investment into no fewer than 16 African countries including but not limited to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Tanzania, Mozambique, Madagascar, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Senegal, Malawi and the Democratic Republic of Congo. These investment flows have been facilitated from countries including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Middle East, Australia and the United States and AMSSING is now looking to develop and offer the same experience within Singapore and the broader South East Asia. The key components of AMSSING, is to leverage off the proven track record and international network of the promoters, which total 70 years plus collective business experience, consisting of Legal, Corporate, Offshore and Global Private Equity experience. In addition to this, the execution and delivery of ongoing administration and accounting services are done by local industry professionals and where appropriate outsourced to an established international team with considerable offshore experience.

Through our experience and understanding of cross border transactional environment, AMSSING assists international clients in setting up the appropriate structure based on business requirements and ensures all Singaporean regulatory requirements are met. AMSSING exceeds its obligations to its clients. AMSSING’s standard offering cover, Singapore Corporate structures, through the provision of Company secretarial and administrative services. It can also assist with Investment Funds, which require separate Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) Licencing. AMSSING collaborates with other Adansonia Group affiliates to provide a seamless and complete offering to our clients.
